The basis of this unique seasoning is "Kuli-Kuli," finely ground, roasted peanuts that lend the meat a nutty depth and a slightly crispy crust. Combined with a generous portion of hot chili powder, ginger, garlic, and other traditional African spices, it creates an addictive flavor explosion. Application tips (The traditional Suya method):
